Ryan Roberts stands at the forefront of project management and leadership in the horticultural sector. As the current President and Team Leader, Ryan has honed his expertise in managing employees, timelines, clients, and materials, showcasing an exceptional ability to lead projects to successful completion. His professional journey is marked by a deep commitment to excellence in garden design and plant/soil health, underpinned by a robust educational foundation with a Pesticide Safety/Handling Course from the University of Guelph, a Greenhouse Technician Diploma, and a Horticultural Technician Diploma from Niagara College.

Ryan's technical skills extend to advanced garden design and proficiency in DynaSCAPE software, making him a sought-after expert in creating aesthetically pleasing and sustainable outdoor spaces. His leadership and project management abilities are not just limited to professional settings; Ryan is also a passionate garden designer and serves as the Land Management Lead at the East Sooke Community Garden, where he volunteers his time and expertise to benefit the community.

Though his career is marked by numerous successes in project management and leadership, Ryan believes in the power of community service and the importance of contributing to the greater good through his volunteer work.
